I know this may be a bit sensitive, so i'm not asking for any particular locations.
Without buying river or stream frontage where might a fanatic flyrodder look, to spend a retirement buck on a small parcel that he could walk to salmon fishing from?
Lets just say sw wa. in general and within an hour or so of kelso/longview.

We'll be renting a car from pdx and driving around there for a couple of days next week or so.
