Hey G-Man ... I'm guessing in your case, the chat is burping on the hypen in your name. For some reason, it does not like them. You'll have to use G_Man or GMan to use it. No spaces either:(

If it's still not working ... you have to make sure you have java / javascript enables with your browser. This is usally accomplished by going to the security settings for your browser ... they're usally on by default, but if you set settings too high, it will turn them off
