I agree that we need to clean up our own backyard but I do not think that dropping the limit from 6 crabs to 3 will slow down those that are already breaking the law by over harvesting alls it will do is keep those of us who obey the laws (like yourself) from getting enough crab to make a crabsalad to eat on our picnic as you have suggested.
