Chum Man River Nutrients Registered: 11/07/99 Posts: 2689 Loc: Yelmish	one sad observation is that the areas available to fish and state funds for the sport are inversely proportional to the number of people fishing. if fishing is so popular now, why isn't it given as much funding as it should be?
