Not a big fan of scotch - generally don't like my alcohol to taste like the distillery burned down, or someone spilled some peat moss in a barrel, or someone left their festering puss-soaked band-aid in my glass.

But, I do like the 18-year old McCallans or most of the Glenmorangie scotches, especially all the Xwood finished stuff.

I'm more of a single barrel bourbon kinda guy. Knob Creek. Woodford Reserve. Booker Noe, Blantons, etc.
