Reggae music makes up about 90% of what I listen to. I have about 100 Reggae vinyls and maybe 60 cds of the music. I've done a couple of dj gigs for family and friends. I still buy vinyl. If you want to find some more music, check out Zion's Gate on Capitol Hill. Lots of vinyl and cd choices.
Clinton Fearon is a top notch player. He was a session player and a member of the Gladiatiors in JA for about 15 years before he ended up stranded in Seattle while on tour. He sells out shows in Europe, UK, S. America and Japan, which, surprisingly, has a huge Reggae scene.
I resally got into it after I found the Positive Vibrations show on 90.3 KEXP on Saturday mornings 9-12. The cool thing is that the shows are archived so you can listen online whenever you want. The play list is online also so you can check out who and what the tune is.
I'm 364 days younger than Bob so I lively up myself for two days.

Remember- Reggae music is where skank is a verb, not a noun.
