Hey Hankster remember when we were having that cold streak last winter and you opined that is proved global warming was bunk. Sooooo, I guess now you think it's for real? This has been the hottest summer I can remember.

Obviously neither a cold spell nor a hot spell proves anything. Just saying . . .

A real concern is local river temps. A few years back the Snohomish hit 70. Somewhere around that temp spawning success drops and salmonid mortality increases dramatically. If this hot spell keep up the Snohomish pinks and later the coho may be in trouble. I alos seem to recall that Frasier River reds had temperature issues a few years ago.
