Thanks to ESPN I'm conflicted.

When the playoffs got down to UO, OSU, FSU, and UA I was disappointed...mainly because I don't give twoshits if any of those four teams ever win a game again, ever. As a matter of fact, I'd prefer it if they don't.

Two months ago I didn't think that Oregon was going to be able to live up to the hype...I thought they had played marginally well against very inferior opponents and not only lost one game, but were not very impressive in several of their wins.

By the end of the season, though, I changed my opinion about that...mostly based on the fact that their defense really turned up the heat, and that their increasingly healthy offensive line was starting to really own the line of scrimmage.

I also thought that their offense would not look as good against faster defenses...let's just say they changed my mind on that quite a bit, too...with good reason.

I think they are in the driver's seat to win on Monday, to be honest.

Can I root for the Ducks?

Well...no, not really. Problem is that I can't root for Ohio State, either...because FuckkUrbanMeyer. 'Nuf sed on that.

Today I have ESPN on in the shop and I'm watching two total dipshits...Brian Kelly and Brady Hoke...tell everyone how OSU is going to kick the Ducks' asses.

Hmmm. Now besides hating on Urban Meyer I have a chance to hate on two other douchebags that I like just as little as him...especially Brian Kelly who I probably dislike more than any other NCAA Div. 1 coach. Fuckk that guy.
