If one country is a threat to its neighbors, it is the duty of the "neighbors" to challenge that threat. It's a "free" world and nations are sovereign.

The United States has interfered in sovereign states elections, assassinated foreign leaders invaded or attacked, established "puppet governments" in no less than 90 sovereign countries since 1946.... All in the name of forcing the use of the US dollar.
