Where did you get that information. It is vague and does not appear to be true. When it says democrats vs republicans in power, who is it referring to. Members of the executive branch, legislative branch, judicial branch or some other unknown group? How far down the branches?
In any case, while it does appear the republicans have had far more trouble in the upper echelons of the Executive branch, the numbers do not add up. It appears to be just another meaningless list that is being thrown out. A quick look at a list given on Wikipedia seems to indicate that both parties consist of a lot of criminals and slime bags.

Why should hank have to look it up? Stupidity should be revealed, regardless if it is Hank, Todd or anyone else here.

How far down in the administration do you go? In any case, it is fairly clear that when it comes to the top echelons of the executive branch, the republicans most certainly choose a bunch of slime. But when it comes to the other branches, the numbers are fairly even, and probably tipped on the negative side for the democrats.
And, just saying I think both sides are all crooks does not mean I am a trumpster. While I am very conservative in my own life, I most certainly do not agree with most republican beliefs.
