The Philadelphia Eagles have clearly established themselves as "America's Favorite Team" for deciding to stay home and sort socks rather than attend President Pennywise's party. The "con artist formerly known as President" would have spent more time speaking about his election landslide victory, Crooked Hillary, spies and the made-up Mueller witch hunt, than he would have spent recognizing their remarkable accomplishment. If he even mentioned the Eagles' success, he would have found a way to "own" it. The Eagles made the right call on this play. I wouldn't open my drapes to watch Trump's motorcade pass by my home.

Here's who voted for Trump:

-Racists (build a wall!)
-Bigots (get those NFL sons o bitches outta my country!)
-Sexists (couldn't vote for a woman)
-Rich, old men and corporate profiteers who wanted tax cuts
-Uneducated laborers who got hosed when the aforementioned corporate profiteers moved their jobs overseas and are holding on to the notion they could come back
-A LOT of good people who just couldn't vote for Hillary Clinton.

Nobody is pining for Hillary Clinton to come save us all. Only Congress can do that now, and they won't (R or D, they all benefited from the tax cut, and money is why they are there). For better or for worse, we're probably going to see this through. Hopefully, SOME party will put forward a real candidate in 2020. Alas, it may be a bunch of overzealous celebrities, but we can hope for better.
