Why are you getting up so much? Sleep Apnea can have side effects that make people go pee every half hour to an hour. I have it,and I wasn't getting enough sleep. I sleep with a machine and it changed my life. I don't snore like I used to and I get up once,maybe twice,to pi$$,sometimes I don't get up at all. Probably why I can't sleep in.

Peevo, you need to get that checked out if you haven't. I can think of a dozen very serious health issues off the top of my head, plus it's just gotta kill your energy levels & quality of life. Don't be a hardhead or blow that crap off. Go see your doctor.
