What law(s) are being broken?

He's fishing up on the tribal waters of the Salmon River with a tribal guide.

I'm pretty sure snagging is allowed, if not tolerated on tribal land.

Tribal fishing laws are different for them than what goes on with the rest of the state.

WDFW has nothing to do, or say about tribal affairs.



I might not agree with what this person is keeping, or how he is choosing to fish for them, but as far as I know, I don't think any tribal laws were being broken. Even if they were, not like the tribe is going to care.

What's the point of these morons taking these old spawning salmon and tenderizing them by kicking and dropping them on river rocks. It doesn't make sense, unless this crap is ending up on the side of the road as "Fresh Smoked Salmon"

If that's a tribal "guide", thanks for the warning. Not like any of the tribal guides I've met out there. But then any tribal member can fish on the rez. They both look like straight tweakers to me. A good time to not leave any gear in your car on the side of the road.
