Fished the Queets on saturday after slip sliding up 101 in the morning.There was about five or so boats no fish.Fished the
hump on sunday, two boats five people.Five hook ups three landed.Two 7-8lb nats (released) and a nice 8-9lb hatchery hen.All fish were nice fresh chrome bright ones.

Thanks for the post STRIKE ZONE, I know just what you mean about slipping and sliding on the way to go steelheading...three years back I was on the way to Blue Creek one December morning and had my sled try to pass me by when I got off the I-5 ramp at Hwy 12...nothing hurt luckily except my pride. I now keep studs all the way around on my 4x4 PU and studded 8 ply tires on the sled trailer as well...I don't want to learn that lesson twice. Have a great holiday season!
