All the evidence is there. If those fukkks get off on the charges that will be the catalyst for SHTF. I think it comes down to use of force laws which varies from state to state. I’m not sure if that provides enough wiggle room to not be convicted.

murder 2 is intent to cause harm, that results in a murder, without premeditation (murder 1)...

its going to be tough to prove he intened harm, especially with the fentanyl and drugs in George's system... considering also they possibly could have been friends/associates as they worked together...

thats another thing i dont get, if a white tweaker that served time in prison for burglary gets out, relapses, and gets killed by a homeowner or police for doing the same thing, everyone is up in arms about it...

but when a black man, who served time in prison for holding a lady at gunpoint, robbery, gets out, relapses, and gets killed by the police, people want to burn the country to the ground...

it shows the liberal bias and stupidity in this country clearly...

It's the system of law we have...they are sworn to uphold it...time for the prosecutor and defense attorneys to do their jobs.

Should have stayed Murder 3 + Manslaughter. Easier to get the conviction. They MUST HAVE A conviction on this or all hell will break loose. Would make Rodney King riots look like a Sunday picnic. I'd rather that prick cop get 20 less years than nothing at all. He's a dead man anyway once he's on the inside. Just get him behind bars and let the inside team do the rest.

If Murder 3/manslaughter is a lesser included charge, they can still convict him of that if they skip out on Murder 2.

In the end he followed policy I bet,,, I bet you he is even a "use of force instructor". I am sure he wrote his report in a way to justify his acts as well as the rest of the officers involved. None have come forward as whystleblowers, they wont cross the blue wall of silence and neither will the judicial system.
