Anyone here do it? I'm sure someone must. I practiced transcendental meditation for a few years and somehow lost the drive to do it twice a day. I've noticed I am more irritable and less connected to my surroundings these days. Probably why I spend so much time on the DS. Think I'll go give er a go.

I try but I'm not very good at it. It's hard to shut off my brain, so maybe I'm doing things wrong?

Also, whenever I attempt, I just end up falling asleep. NapD90 is a lifestyle.

You have such a knee jerk and predictable programming. Let me guess; 4 feet tall and drive a huge truck? Camo underwear?

Yep! You pass the man test! Congratulations.

Yep, did the Transcendental Meditation shtick in the early 70s. Didn't stick with it very long. Never met the Maharishi Yogi, but met people who did. The guy was apparently so calm he barely had a pulse.

I have had sleep issues for the last several years. I fall asleep within 5 minutes, or less, of going to bed at night. But when I wake up during the night to go pee, I sometimes can't fall back asleep when I return to bed. Drives me fuggin' nuts. Some times I lay awake for as much as 2 or even 3 hours. Sleep issues are one of the reasons I retired 4 years ago. So I try meditation to fall back asleep. And it works, but not always.

It all boils down to this - I'm right, everyone else is wrong, and anyone who disputes this is clearly a dumbfuck.

Dude! 250mg would put these people into comas. That's 25 times the amount you should be recommending. Christ, these are normal tax paying folks here, not Willie Nelson Snoop Dog high rollers.

ONE.....10mg Indica based edible
ONE.....Melatonin pill
ONE.....2 finger pour of whatever your pleasure
All about 1 hour before planned bed time.

Stop drinking any fluids right after dinner, except for the above 2 finger pour. Avoid excessive salt and all caffeine after 6 pm. Wear blue screen glasses at night if you are watching TV or the net. Consistently go to bed and wake up at the same scheduled times. Keep your bedroom as cold as you can possibly stand it without the cold waking you up.

If you follows these steps, you'll be sleeping like a baby all night long.

I would pay in excess of $5 dollars to see Salmo drop a 250 Oreo.

I did 120 on the boat 2 years ago just for fun. Everyone wanted to know why I was green. Turns out its hard to have sea legs when you can't feel your legs at all.

That all seems rather too structured.
