Rich has bought into Trump’s crap for sure. One of the things that has always bothered me about Trump is his obsession with “ratings”. How tv ratings are indicative of anything important in governance is beyond me...

Rich doesn't use facts, he's just "told" what the truth is.

Only hope Resident Trump has for increasing his ratings tonight would be to have Melania deliver her address...without a dress. Looking forward to having a real President and a real First Lady in the White House.

I have watched both sides a bit and the Dems are clearly flailing compared to the Republicans. The Republicans have made far better and more motivating speeches and had a better selection of speakers.

When the Democrats decide to be a party of the people and not play identity politics is when people will begin to take them seriously again. If they don’t do something drastically different they will lose this election.

I disagree, but that's to be expected, and I'm not even convinced it's justified.

Does anyone here think it's a stretch to say that those who lean left will say the DNC was better, while the right wingers (in various depths of the closet though they may be) will say the RNC was better? What a useless bunch of lemmings the two-party system has rendered us all....

I'm curious how many people have actually not decided how they will vote by now, or could be influenced by the convention and tv ads, seems that the lines have been drawn and you're on one side or the other.
trump could go postal and start eating babies while declaring himself God on 5th Ave and not lose any votes, while at this point on the other hand he could cure COVID, put a chicken in every pot, suddenly become cured of compulsive, lying, cheating, stealing and general overall scumbaggery and the rest of us still wouldn't vote for him.
