After his embarrassing showing on the Don Lemon show, where he blamed the recent once in 1,000 years 3-day heat wave on man made climate change....now Dimslee is going to the top of the Space Needle and wave a flag celebrating the end of our Covid shutdown. Oops, he forgot that over 1,000,000 public education students and over 50,000 school staff in our state will have to continue to wear masks. So, while he is celebrating, others (majority at zero risk of dying) will continue to choke on their own breath while sitting in classrooms or playing school sports. Nice work Jaybone!

You shouldn't let a relatively benign governor like Inslee set up camp in your head like that.

Some of us (like me) live here because it's beautiful and an outdoorsman's paradise. Not to mention it has fewer complete dipshits than many other states. We have dipshits for sure, but just a lot less of them.

So, we have the CDC giving their national stance on masks in schools....but wait, now each state wants to have their own stance. California just announced that all students and staff, vaccinated or not, will HAVE to wear masks when school starts in the fall. Well, you know that Inslee will do whatever his boofoo buddy Newsom does, so get ready for WA to do the same. How's getting the vaccine and still have to wear a mask to go to school sound to ya?
Except, in WA since we don't have solid, clear leadership....each county has and will interpret Dimslee's orders differently. And within each county, separate school districts has and will interpret the orders differently. It's happening now, this summer with school activities. You can drive 5 miles and a different district has different Covid protocols. That's kind of a problem isn't it?
It all comes back around to leadership....or in this case...lack of. Nice work Jaybone!
