After Google, Twitter and other social media outlets started copying this site's superb example of leadership in moderating by limiting the abilities of those with poor cognitive skills, and/or questionable agendas to spread misinformation, I can't see paker reversing course until he has completely solved "crazy" on the internet.

In the future, you should try to keep in mind that "who's" is the contracted form of "who is", and it doesn't show possession. It's like "it's". "Whose idea was this again?" is the correct way to ask your question.
