Maybe I'm just not "woke" enough, but examples like this are where the Black Lives Matter movement undermines itself. When an unarmed black who cannot attack police, yet is shot and killed by police, that is truly a travesty of justice and should be protested and more. However, many of the blacks who are shot by police are armed and threatening or even shooting at police. They might as well pin a target on themselves; that's just asking to be shot. It ain't rocket science to know that if you assault or attempt to assault an armed citizen or police officer, you're going to get your azz shot. It's too bad that the black man near Vancouver was shot and killed, but he was armed and running from police and is reported to have shot at police. The end of that story writes itself; of course he was going to be shot. You don't even have to be black for that ending to happen. You know it really is a sad deal. I hate seeing any lethal force used by officers. It’s too bad there’s not a better way. Keith

I not so secretly hope that trumps decides to try to stay in the White after he loses....you know, just to see what happens next. After the Tejas incident it will also be interesting to see how long the law and order trump train stays on the rails, stupid and armed and irritated and motivated and beaten and stupid sounds like a dangerous cocktail.
Let the election of denial begin. I don't really hope that happens, but yes, it's interesting to ponder American democracy going off the rails like that, where a marginally elected prez the first time around refuses to yield to an election outcome. Does America have the nads to protect and enforce its own democracy?

Does Biden win Nevada and get exactly 270?
Nevada and Pennsylvania, and get 290?
Add in Georgia and make it 306?
Right now 306 is looking most likely, with all the votes from Pittsburgh, Philly, and Atlanta piling in for Biden.

It's interesting that Fox News is the leader in calling states for Biden, and taking some heat for it.
CNN has held back and been more conservative (pun intended).

With over 300,000 votes left to count in Georgia, Trump's lead has been cut in half in the last hour and is now only about 57,000.
Biden will probably clinch Georgia as the state that puts him over the magic number of 270, if Georgia finishes counting tonight.

CNN has held back and been more conservative (pun intended). Fox is typically less cautious about calling states, in both directions...they were first to call Arizona for Biden, too, and first to call Florida for Trump. Fish on... Todd

Trump's lead in Georgia is down to 9000 votes...next update and Biden will have Georgia and be at 280 EC votes, according to the AP, Fox, and CNN, but will only be at 269 according to MSNBC, since they haven't awarded Arizona to anyone yet.
Biden will take Nevada's six votes when they finish up there, and Pennsylvania's 20, probably by the end of the day tomorrow, so it won't matter too much...just whether it's Biden's victory today, or tomorrow.
