Massive election Fraud... Trump will never concede and the election cannot be certified as a result until he is satisfied with the count. If he never concedes, the House, with one rep from each state votes along party lines and he gets another term... But it wont come to that since the Democrat Cabal knows they cannot win the election,, they never intended to take power legally through the election.. They are going to attempt it by force.. Soon their fake win and the "Biden Mirage" will be no more.. Since Biden can only be elected if Trump concede's and waives legal and civil claims he is screwed...

When the election is contested and there are outstanding liabilities it cannot be certified or should I say will not be certified because the secretary of state in each state accepts responsibility legally and civilly when it is certified so if there are potential outstanding claims it cannot be certified...

You are wrong and I am right.. If the election is contested and trump files lawsuits which he already has it cannot be certified until the lawsuits are over and there is no more liability/potential claims. If the claims are not settled the election is not certified,, if it goes past January 21 and still is not certified it is null and void and the house votes on it and he wins.

The other possibility is to enact the 25 amendment but that would take too much time.. The house has to vote to start an investigation alleging Trump is not of sound mind or that he is acting in a criminal nature which puts the country at risk. If the vote passes they do an investigation and have hearings then vote again,, if it passes then the Senate votes on it,, if they pass it they can remove him any way necessary.

Do you honestly think Biden and Harris are the ones,, they are cannon fodder and nothing more... When you stage a coup and steal power from the legal government does it happen peacefully? Can you do it without chaos and confusion? Can you do it with a Mob or do you need a military force of some kind? Fog of war?
