I have yet to talk to one trump voter that thinks he actually won.

The same people that claim the majority of Republicans still believe he won are probably the same ones that had the Democrats winning by landslides.


Years ago I was walking through Pikes place in Seattle when an Native American jumped of a bench, pointed excitedly at the sky and yelled something about the Thunder god of the East arises, prepare. When we all looked, he shook his head in disgust and said, "Stupid white people, they will believe anything."

This applies as much to those who believe Trump won, as those who think it makes a difference what those people think.

Queue the pickup trucks and boats covered in Trump signs and slogans.

It is the perfect description of the trump cultist.... not necessarily all republicans, or even those who were just foolish enough to vote for trump on accident.

24,000 people surveyed...after all 50 states certified their votes, and the electoral college convened...and 40% of Republican voters say Trump won, and 23% of Trump voters say they aren't sure who won.

That's 63% of those surveyed who are as dumb as noted above.

At least a few of them must have had a brain cell or two collide, because soon after the election was called for Biden, a Gallup poll had 83% of Republican voters claiming that Trump was the winner.

P.S. Trump is going to jail. He should have just kept his head down and stayed a petty two bit con man, he could have pretended to be smart and rich the rest of his life, and no one would have cared...but he's not very smart, and now he's an obvious criminal to everyone but the Cult Members.

The problem? ACORN no longer exists. The community organizing group went bankrupt and disbanded in 2010. I think there's a fairly "charitable explanation" for this, says Jamelle Bouie at The American Prospect. It's clear "a large number of Republicans don’t like President Obama, and when offered a chance to endorse something that signals that dislike, they did it, even if the 'something' is absolutely insane." That's too charitable, says Steve M. at No More Mister Nice Blog. After all, "Fox News keeps telling its viewers that ACORN still does exist — at least in altered form" — and that its former employees are responsible for a "massive subversion of the American way of life."

In what PPP calls another sign of "Republicans not handling election results well," the merry pollsters found that a full 25 percent of Republicans want their state to secede from the union, versus 56 percent who want to stick it out. Self interest is pretty amazing. I remember hearing anti-government right wingers trying to tell me it was ok for the government to lock up "terrorist's" without a trial because "if you are not a terrorist, you have nothing to worry about." I am sure they would have been just as ok with it if Obama had been doing it, not Bush, right. I am reminded of America's herd mentality every time I pull up to a light and see multiple camera's staring back at me.
