We dont know if Guliani was lying or not. Most cases were dismissed on standing, so the evidence, factual or not, or whether or not it would have made a difference.... was never presented in a court of Law. So Its impossible to say if he was right or wrong.

One thing I am very suspicious of as an IT professional, is that all of the Dominion server audit logs were wiped clean in battleground states even though there were subpoenas to gather the data to show how an incremental count graduated to a total.

That data will never be seen by anyone, unless someone exported it before the machines were wiped. Ive been in this business long enough to know that the best way to hide your dirty laundry is to delete it in anticipation of it being requested.
