Just curious if anyone uses these for pain.
I’ve got a half torn ACL and most of my meniscus is gone in my right knee.
I’ll be due for a replacement eventually but trying to hold off as long as possible.
I’ve been using CBD oil and it has worked pretty well.
I’m just about out and was wondering if anyone as any brands they’ve used that have worked well. I’d like to buy a few different brands to see what works best.
Thanks for any suggestions you can provide.

I had back surgery last year and swear by it.
I think it is called muscle melt. Great product.

Thanks WP.
Muscle Melt is what I've been also using. It has worked well.
I just wanted to see if anyone else was using a different brand with good success.
I figured I might pick up a few brands to try when I head to the store later this week.

CBD arnica creme.
This sh1t is the real deal, when applying cream don't touch your eyes or junk.
Works wonders, I put that sh1t on everything that hurts.

what kind of back surgery did you have wp? The reason i ask, is that i may have to get 1 maybe 2 done and always looking to see if other people have had success with them.

CBD doesn't do anything for me, at least not that I've noticed.

I've tried Flow, by Fairwinds. It's a deep tissue and joint cream. Smells horrible. Also tired Wildflower - cool stick. Looks like small a pit stick. Smells kinda minty.

Tried both on some hip/pelvis, IT band, hip flexor issues due to running.

I've since given up on running, as that's too hard on a body and not to mention that running just sucks, and have been using a Peloton since April. I can get in a 75 minute, 1,000 calorie ride in and not feel used up or broken.

I gave up running because of knee issues and took up cycling. Got the aerobic workout minus the direct impact to my knees. Swimming would probably also have worked.

Same here. No more running.
I’ve been doing a lot of walking. The benefit of working from home.
I’ve done about 900 miles since last March.
Wade fishing in cold water really kills my f’n knee.
I’ve found the CBD helps with eliminating some of that.

I walk everyday, turmeric is a great pain killer.
The only drawback is it takes a few weeks to start working.

I had surgery on my L4, L5, and sciatic nerve
The CBD products have been a god send for me personally.
Those of you complaining about not being able to run or work out hard would REALLY benefit from yoga on a daily basis. I have gotten into a daily routine and it has made the biggest improvements for me and has cut my rehab time by more then half. I am miles ahead of the game from others who don't do yoga on a daily basis. With the advent of the internet and youtube you don't even have to leave your house anymore to get a good session in.
I swear by it. Your body will thank you.

Did you have a discectomy or a fusion warpaint?
I have also heard great things about yoga. Glad it has helped you recover quick.

Yup.

My own fault for not getting in to it.

I know it would do me good.

Discectomy and a series of spinal injections followed by months of rehab work and LOTS of daily yoga. Back to lifting weights, light Muay Thai, and jogging almost everyday. Mostly thanks to yoga. I want to be 80 and be able to touch my toes and still rowing a drift boat every weekend.

You mean there's more to yoga than a series of painful poses? (jk)

You are the third person this week that has said that.
Will have to find some and give it a try. Thanks!

So what happens if you rub CBD oil into your junk? That sounds like a rule just waiting to be broken....

I don't care who it is but this is gold:

"So one time I rubbed some CBD oil into my junk. After rubbing it for awhile I got hungry so I went to Popeyes and ordered 4 fried chicken breasts and a cup of water."

lol

Yup. Something tells me many a great story has started with CBD oil, 4 fried chicken breasts, and a cup of water.

Overall, though, the trip sounds kind of intense, so I can see why application to one's junk might not be recommended. Definitely answered my question!
