Let's put it this way...tweakers are very likely derelicts...but not all derelicts are tweakers.
I'm sure there are some tweakers that own homes and have jobs, but not many...but there are plenty of derelicts out there that don't own homes and don't have jobs, and aren't tweakers.

it means physical property, like vehicles, tv's, shoes that they purchased themselves, not 900 acres of land in Texas...

what about if you were taught be firearms instructors that served in the military? what does that make you?
does a military cook qualify as a firearm expert?
if you have killed someone while in the military does that make you stable?
just because you were in the military doesnt mean sh!t... the person that killed Chris Kyle was in the military, William Kreutzer was in the military, Nidal Hissan was in the military...

Military assault weapon variants are the most efficient way for civilians to kill large numbers of people, in a short period of time.
Can other weapons be used, sure, but nothing comes close to putting large number of rounds down range, in a short period of time.
So why not remove the mass murders weapon of choice?
I wish people with a brain could use it... Listen to yourself, take the "assault weapon" away and stop the "most efficient" way to kill. Reality is, it doesn't matter the gun. You take away the gun and it still doesn't take away the "thrill to kill" or "hate" that causes these deaths. They will always happen, it will just be another tool in use when it does. Keith
