Personally I think that after the quickening (when women feel the fetus moving), it should be banned. Basically after the first trimester or so. Which was the law for over 1000 years until the boomers came along. 6 weeks is probably a little early but the fetus does have a heartbeat and nervous system by then, so who knows where exactly to draw the line?
