Your blood pressure is a little high but not way too high. Prior to 2017, the old guidelines for blood pressure categorization were as follows:

Normal: Less than 140/90 mmHg
Elevated: 140-159/90-99 mmHg
Stage 1 Hypertension: 160-179/100-109 mmHg
Stage 2 Hypertension: 180 or higher/110 or higher mmHg

These old guidelines were updated in 2017 by the American Heart Association and American College of Cardiology to recommend a lower threshold for blood pressure diagnosis, specifically 130/80 mmHg for adults of all ages. There are criticisms that these standards may be overtreating patients as the SPRINT study that these new guidelines are based on failed to replicate in further studies in Europe. Which is why the European Society of Hypertension and European Society of Cardiology recommend being under 140/90 mmHg. So if you take the less aggressive treatment that we used to do prior to 2017 or that Europe still does now and the studies are inconclusive about which standard is actually best then you are real close to getting down to normal blood pressure.

Yeah cheese, particularly low fat is good, but some people are lactose intolerant which is why I left it out, if you aren't it's fine as far as diabetes or heart health is concerned. Again with the chicken, some people have problems eating it but if you don't, go ahead and eat it.

I'm not sure whats in the protein shake or low carb tortilla maybe they are ok, maybe not. Just a caution on the salad. Salads are great but every single dressing at the store has industrial chemicals in it. So make you own salad dressing out of olive oil and wine vinegar, you can add other ingredients as well.

Beef, particularly lean grass fed beef or venison is also perfectly fine for you. You can even buy New Zealand ground venison pretty cheap at Grocery Outlet.

I'd cut the soda to zero but as you said you know and are working on it. You didn't mention alcohol so hopefully you cut that out as well.

Sounds like you are on the road to recovery.
