Why go to the Nooch when the Satsop is right next door and its putting out much bigger fish and not nearly the boats.

Gotta love those posts....eh, Osprey.

This board has 1800 registered users, and Bob posted a one day count of 13,500. Those are a lot of eyes and ears, just think if only 1% checked out a posted river. THat is a lot of people and boats. You think people would just keep it quiet.

You are still the great fisherman you are, but you just don't have to tell the world. Keep it to email. Everyone has the right to fish a river, but make people work for it. There are no secrets, but not every river has to be like the Cowlitz.

i agree 100% kore i wonder why there are so many fisherman coming down to the harbor.and i certainly would'nt tell people what drift i take.you will need more than a flashlight after that post.its a good thing i have my zipperlips for the weekend.but then when you live 100 miles or so from the coastal rivers and only fish them once or twice a week who cares right guys there has been lots of posts about using e-mail for specifics and you can still be a good fisherman without telling the world about it.

LastCast i would of thought after your 73 posts you would have learned if you want solitude you dont post about rivers you fish. if you want to help someone send them an email, dont post it for thousands of others to view.

When someone posts something you dont want to hear, don't reply and send it back to the top of the page. I wouldn't have even read lastcasts post if everybody didn't have to get their stabs in, which keept it at the top of the list and enticed me read all posts. and come on how many true zipper lips rivers are there. Even novice Steelheaders know whats hot today may not be hot tommorow, I beleive he was refering to last weekend, plus Most info I see here, I've already read in some magazine, or It's common knowledge. By the way I'll be on the Snocrummy river this weekend, not many fish but just like any other river "pound the water hard and you'll find fish".

And plus I never trust a fisherman!!!

Hey, FISHINBRAD, not to send this back to the top or anything, but are you the Brad that was on the Snocrummy a few weeks ago that asked my buddy "is that Justin?". If so, then I think you are the one in the Willie boat anchored above me. I was in the black Thor Built. Say hi next time and save me a spot or vice versa.

Justin

Now where do I go? The Nooch or the Satsop? Why are there so many options?

Hey Justin, I heard your friends call you by name and seen the thor and put 2+2 togeather I would of liked to have sat and bs with you that day but my partner was itchen to get back to his new lady, after 12 years I'm not in such big hurry to get home. I'll save that spot on the river for ya anytime. Was that you a couple weeks before that posted up above me when we hit fish for fish three times?

Heard from the Hatchery that a few fish are still trickling in.

Navigator, why don't you stay in your own neck of the woods. A friend of mine from Sumner fished the Puyallup monday and hooked 10, we went yesterday and went 3 for 4.

FISHINBRAD, thought that was you and now I know. I anchored up behind a Willie like yours, or in fact was yours, one day and they hit a fish, I hit a fish, so on, and so on. Now that I think about it, that was you! That's the spot I wanted you to save for me! I'll be sure to say hello next time up up that way which will probably be in about six months since I have been rippin' on da nates and I've only got a month left. The crowds up there were somethin' else this year!

Hey fishead5 were you in a boat, or were you bankin, because I work right bye the anton take out, and I havent seen a boat come out of there in over a week. The old plunkers that do really well on that river, said the river was slow this year, but Ive had some mixed reports. Hey guys the nooch is packed this time of year, and maybe the satsop isnt , so maybe thats the place to go. What they wont Know is where to go, east fork or west fork or main branch. Only the people that know where to go will do well on that river. Ive seen a lot of people go for long boat rides on that river. What sucks about the harbor rivers is that there easy to float, compared to some of the oly pensula rivers, and others. The harbor rivers were great years ago, before huntin and fishn liar came out, all you saw was locals, and a few outa towners. IM done complainen. AN old harber native.

Fishhead5 now your getting the idea draw them off with a BS report and get em all stacked up in one place. You really think I'd make a public broadcast like that if it were true. I leave that job for the Really Big One.
