Reiter, Tokul, and Cascade terminals reopened at midnight of the 15th. Will close midnight of the 28th of Feb. Also, unless rule changes are made, as of march 1st all area`s above I-5 bridge on the snohomish are closed to sturgeon fishing.That includes steamboat and Ebey slough. Possible rule change in the next few weeks could move closed area above Hywy 2 bridge. Bob H.

The entire Snohomish river system will remain open for sturgeon fishing. Check reg. pamphlet p.56 in the middle of the page under "seasons". Don't listen to Curt Kreamer, he doesn't enforce rules, he's a biologist. The enforcement officers will tell you it's open as stated in the book. The emergency rule change that I read says "closed to fishing for steelhead..."

I didn`t talk to Kurt, I talked to a Sargent in the enforcement office. Might be wise to give Mill Creek a call. Check it out for yourself. Good Fishin` BH
