but what are the interest rate on those gov loan. Next to nothing like 2%. wouldn.t it be nice if every american could get a low interest rate like that!

Float 'n Blade - I wanted to reply immediately when I read your post yesterday, but decided to wait to see if anyone else would weigh in on this subject. Alas, we are fixated on Indian netting - 25 years and counting. I agree with you wholeheartedly. As long as we "sportsmen" have a catch and kill allowed on wild steelhead, we occupy the exact same moral low ground as the tribes. I will be sending in my membership dues on the WSC soon (got to fit it into the budget)and I suggest that if we want to do anything at all about the Tribal netting, that we all start immediately with complete C&R on wild steelhead. My 2 cents.
