This a take-off on RT's congestion thread.
I fish the lower Sky-upper Sno. R. in my drift boat and i find sleds and other drift boats anchored in the middle of a "pluggin hole". They lay on the hook with their plugs hanging below and you can't out wait them. Soooo, what is the proper etiquet on dropping in below these anchored boats. How much room do you give them? Or do you just slip down on top of their plug-run yours out and continue on your way. Or? Just looking for some input. confused
