There are alot of good tubes out there. There are a few places you can go to get them.
http://www.nrsweb.com is a whitewater site selling all sorts of products. Give Os an email/call, he knows how to get Wing tubes. It's all in the money you want to spend and what type of tubes you want. I've had my Aire cat for along time. It's almost 12 years old. It's been a good boat and never had a problem with it. I've bounced it off rocks, trees, old rusty car bodies, and who knows what else. It's old Aire technology but a supreme boat I can't complain about. My cat is a whitewater boat. Designed and setup for it exclusively. I switched it over a few years back. I love Aires. Can't complain. But, if you buy Aire, buy AIRE. Don't buy tubes built by Aire for someone else. They're made with their technology and materials, but built to the customers design not theirs. Outcast is a prime example. They have Aire bladders, but not built to Aire specs that their tubes are made. You put a set of 12' outcast tubes next to 12' aire tubes and there's no comparison. The Aire's are made wider and on a better platform.
There are also other boats out there. You have the Wings that are virtually indestrutable. Os can give you the better spiel on them. There's Sotars, NRS, and Maravia. All are good tubes. Best thing to do is go to websites and look at the tubes. Make your own decision on what YOU like. It's very hard to rip one or puncture one. I've posted my tube on a nice sharp stick going through a class 4 and swung my boat around. First thing I did was come out of the tailout and hit the shore. Flipped my boat over and had no damage. Just a little crease where stick hit. You gotta think mine is about the oldest boat you'll see on the water. Not many cats over 5 years old, let alone 12. If you want some wild looking tubes, check maravia out. They have some interesting color schemes and customizing.
Good luck, and Os or I can help you out.
