I can tell by your statement that you are not really reading what I am saying, and sadly I cannot make you open your eyes or mind remotely. Hopefully by pointing this out you will go back and reread what I said and realize that I'm not taking a pussified stance in this matter. I want these murders put to death a thousand times over. Guys, I hear you. I wear green to work every day as I am a soldier. My comrades in arms were one of the targets. America as a whole is pi$$ed off about this whole event. It is not all that easy given the political climate, however, for a change, the majority ot the world is on our side. The President has said we will hunt the responsible individuals down; let's all hope he is as strong as ol' Ronny Raygun when he bombed Mo Quadify after the attack on the German night clubs in the mid 80's, killing numerous American soldiers and airmen. Our military WILL prevail, as will the American people. There is nothing at all wrong with hating the people responsible for doing this. Right now, weather or not I sound like a Rascist is not a real high priority to me. Collateral damage? Hell yes! I don't mind breaking a few eggs to make a cake and I sure wouldn't mind having to kill a few thousand innocent arabs in order to insure the deaths of those few that were responsible. Death is something that these fanatics WELCOME. They believe heaven awaits those who die fighting the evil enemy (us). Collateral damage? ONLY BARBARIANS SUCH AS THE TERRORISTS would disregard the lives of innocent people. The vast majority of Afghan people, and the people of other Arab countries are poor goat herders and nomads. All they know about America is the PROPAGANDA that they were fed by their corrupt governments. One thing that I will gaurantee, If we go and indiscriminantly kill thousands of innocent people, it will only serve to strengthen the hatred of America throughout the world. Do you think China would sit back and do nothing while we annhilate the whole middle east? What about India, Pakistan, all of the other nations with nuclear capability. Genocide of the Arab people would bring about WW3, and the end of the world. Is that collateral damage enough for you?

We need PRECISION strikes on those responsible, and any other GROUP OR GOVERNMENT that engages in, or assists in any way, terrorist activities. If that means that we have to wipe out the military of Afghanistan, then so be it. But, killing innocent people in the name of revenge IS NOT THE ANSWER! Remember also, any kind of ground war means that American soldiers could be killed. An eye for an eye, as was stated above should be applied here, let's just make SURE that we put out the right eye.

As a volunteer fireman the video clip of all those aid trucks side by side with their doors open in that eerie scene of nuclear winter will haunt me forever. All of those heroic guys and gals gone forever but their rigs side by side will ever be there in my soul forever.
