Got a call from a local fishing guide today, and he was very concerned because he had head from a reliable source that someone has proposed a new fishing rule regulation change that will have a major effect on fishing guiding in Washington State. He did not know the facts about the proposed rule changes, but was very concerned. Does anyone out there know what the proposed rule changes are? If you have any information concerning the proposed rule change, can you please post it on this BB?

I've heard nothing about it,but I could think of at least a couple of them that should be considered.

i heard that guides can no longer act like they own the river.

No way,They are out there to make a living so that gives them the right to do whatever they want or need to,to get their clients into fish.
