What do people know about the closing of the Duc hatchery? If they're really going to close it, what's the reason? Finances can be worked out in a creative way if the will is there, is it something else? Can't see how this can be anything but a bad thing.
With all the support this steelhead letter is getting, can't we help out a hatchery too!?
