Floated the Satsop today. Two for two. 12lb and 14lb. One problem...too many fins. Only saw one other caught. Talked to 6 or 7 other driftboats, just the one fish. The river is in great shape, both above as well as below the forks. Several sleds above the forks. The last high water had some interesting effects on a few drifts. Great water, decent weather...No fish? My opinion...50/50. I have the oportunity to fish tomorrow...I don't think I'll be there. Just my opinion though. I am sure that with the Nooch still out you would have plenty of company.

Looked great whe I drove over it at noon. The 'Nooch looked pretty bad by comparison, but then again it has a larger drainage area and a muddy lake.
