Paranoid Returning Adult Registered: 11/04/99 Posts: 286 Loc: Snohomish	Has anyone ever drifted the Kettle River near Curlew? I have heard rumors of 15lb browns in the spring caught on chunks of squawfish. I thought that while the family was sunning themselves at the lake, I might venture off and explore this fishery. Any information would be appreciated!

lazydrifter Returning Adult Registered: 04/03/01 Posts: 322 Loc: Port Angeles	We hunt there every fall. I have talked to some of the locals about this. I beleve that bait is illegal. I don't know what they weigh but I've heard that there are a lot of fish in the 28-30 inch range and they catch them on flies.
