Here is the story...
About a week ago, we (WSR advocates/WSC) was informed via internal intelligence that we had 4 votes in favor, 1 against, 1 leaning against it, 1 leaning for it and the other too were on the fence, so to speak. 5 votes are needed to pass WSR.

Well since then, that has changed as it looks like we have 3 in favor, one against and the others on the fence. Some leaning in one direction, others leaning towards another...

There is a theory as to why this change took place but I do not want to go into details as of right now...

Instead lets worry about this last minute push and take the few seconds to fill out the form letter and get your last minute support in.

Another note...the form letter would be best send in as everything has to be in by Saturday when the vote takes place BUT the commisioners are going to be very busy Friday and Saturday, so it would be best if your letter of support is in by tomorrow which the snailmail wouldnt allow.
