Does anyone have a report for area 11? I went out yesterday afternoon, having a hard time both finding baitfish and fighting the wind. Maybe the fish are scarce down south right now, I had expected it to be a little more productive.

I was fishing 90'-140', with a crock and flasher, from the light-house, north, to the bay across from Des Moines. nothing doing...

Anyone have a different report? Hopefully, some of you are catching something.

Went out today at Dalco and Pt Defiance. Had a great release from the downrigger but no hookup at Dalco. Caught a nice fat 21 incher at the point that got to go back for another day. This thing looked as fat as some of those Eastern Washington Rainbows! Lots of bait around but nobody catching any keepers. Come to think of it, I didn't see anyone catching any shakers either.

Slow, slow, slow. Went out Sat and Sun AM around Quartermaster Harbor. Saw one keeper caught. Where is the bait?

King Marine, normally I would have been out 4-5 days by now and could have a full update for you but, I am going to be fishing Mexico for a few days (7) and did not want to have to winterize the boat twice. Sorry about that! But, you can count on me for future posts regarding area 11 as these are my home waters.

I have been fishing further up north. Dolphin Point and Ollalla to be exact. Nothing going my way either. No bait and no fish. Haven't seen or heard of much at the Manchester Ramp either.
