Good thing you aren't an attorney.

Proves even more that you're a little short in your cable run.

Sniggler,

No, I'm not an on-line gamer geek. I'll leave that up to all the teens out there with pent up hormones and anger. Even if I had LPB status, I'd still get fragged at a rapid rate!

I don't play games at work, but if I could, I'd be on a true 100MB network! LPB-O-Rama!!! cool

Tried out Halo on a friends x-box. Was pretty fun except the controllers sucked.

Cisco is big $$$$$. That's *real* equipment. Now, maybe when I get work to run a 100MB line out to my house.....for "telecommuting". wink

No, this is his house. You were right the first time. He just WISHES that he had a 100Mbit uplink to the `Net.

When I had my cable connection I had a Coyote Linux-based firewall/router combo on an old box just to learn it. Hell, it was free and very effective. Even served web pages for awhile from behind it. Helluva nice firewall/router solution.

Nice to know where we can find the next "unibomber". Ha ha, just kidding guys, way too high tech for me to figure out, but if it blows your skirt up, then great, geek on! Ha ha.
