What station do you all use to determine high and low tide times. I was guessing that the Astoria (Tongue Point) tables would work. If so what formula do yuo use to determine the timing of incomming and outgoing current for a location such as Longview or Kalama?

Thanks!

SA,
Use this link and use the Astoria tides aqs the base. The differencials are there, all you need is to do the math. http://co-ops.nos.noaa.gov/tab2wc1b.html
Good luck and tight lines, Jeff laugh laugh

Go to:

www.fishingworks.com/tide_prediction_interval.cfm

and you won't need to do the math.

If I recall correctly, it's almost exactly 2.5 hrs from Astoria to Longview.
FWIW....This weekend is not the best tides.
