We;; here we are on the 16th of April. ReiterRat and his buddy came over for a day to perhaps chase some springers and Fishgal and I thought we might join them this morning, BUT ...

awoke this morning to find the cars all white and it's been snowing off-and-on (snow to mix to rain and back and forth) the last hour. Isn't there some sort of fishing rule that you can't fish for springers in the snow???

Anyone else seeing some white stuff??

In North Bend we got a little that did not stick. The mountains around us (like mt si) that were just finally barren of snow, now have a snow line 3/4 of the way down.

I woke up too a half inch or so,I live in the cedar river water shed in Hobart just south of Northbend.Good luck,

I was flying over here in the Kititas Valley and I was dodging rain/snow showers all the way back to the airport. It was pretty hairy there for a minute or to. the hills surrounding E-burg have snow but the town doesn't. Thank heavens i am tired of taking off on snow covered runways. tight lines guys.

It snowed here too but only for a little while then it stoped. I was thinking about going out in float tube but not when there is a chance of snow it just gets too cold to go out with out the heater

Hey Strike Zone. If you woke up to only half an inch, you have bigger troubles than snow. LOL

Come on guys, what's wrong with a little snow? Our's will be gone by July 4th.

Update: snow is gone, but as we realistically expected, no springer bite on our short float this afternoon. But we did go 4 for 6 on steelies boondoggin' between kwikfish spots ... THEY bite in the snow
