Ok, all this multi BB trash talkin smack needs some 'splainin for the smacker crackers like C&E. There is a plethora of great smackers on here that can help the crackers learn the fine art of different types and caliber of smackin, and also how to learn to decipher ones directed at you. I will put up just a few, and you grade A TTSA's put in your 2 cents worth of education for these people. (Sponsored by the League of Crackers in Need of Smackin Ammo). ...

- First and foremost, 95% of trash talkin is harmless fun. It needs to be recognizable by the smacker and smackee alike, so as to keep it fun (like my "This Ain't Over Yet" smack thread intended to fire up some more fun flotillas). I'd guess around 5% of this stuff is actually designed to hit a raw nerve or is an attempt to bring cracker smackers closer to the level of the veteran smackers. DO NOT take most of this stuff seriously though!!!

- Next up is *types of smack talk:

* "Basic New York Facial" - this is just a straight forward blast of hot air that is often not well thought out. It lacks of the finer arts of the dig. Dig?

* "Dartmouth Smack" - as it's name implies, this comes from a little higher form of educated smack ammo, and it is quick hitting and short. It often plays on some actual annoying weaknesses of the smackee, but it rarily gets truely mean.

* "Peruvian Suttle" - this is well thought out suttle digs that often fly over the heads of cracker smackers. Again, not meant to be mean. (AuntyM, DJ, and I put a lot of that out, and it sometimes gets taken too seriously - often triggers a Lame Cracker Smacker reply).

* "Lame Cracker Smack" - as this one's name implies, it is lame smack that just doesn't cut it in the big leagues.

* "Discredible Smack" - this is smack that tries to make the reader believe it's actually based on facts, when in reality it's not even close. Lacks intelligence to come up with some good 'prime cut' smackin. (this type is Giz's forte')

* "The Dozens" - Probably the lowest form of pure smackin that originated in the big inner cities. It may not really belong on this BB - unless you can keep it appropriately toned down to acceptability? Sometimes contains sexual innuendos - including about the smackees relatives. Can also contain other strong personal jabs. Be careful with this one; making sure it's obvious fun.

So many others - I can't think of them right now. Need help from some of you top teir smackin dudes to post some of the other types. -------->

I don't know about this RT guy. First, he's always trying to convince people of all the fish he catches with really screwy tactics. Apparently he actually landed a fish during a floatilla recently. :p

Now, he's pretending like he actually knows how to talk smack, and giving advice about it to boot. rolleyes

Just what kind of cracker are you RT? Ritz?? Saltine?? 'Cause from what I hear you couldn't possibly be a Wheat 'Thin' eek

It's been my experience the more fish you catch, the less you have to smack talk. Also the less fish you catch the more smack talk there is.

Thanks Backlash2, C&E, and Boater1 for the perfect examples of cracker smackers! After they read your's above, no further 'splainin to do. :p laugh

And thanks for taking care of JG's weak [Bleeeeep!], Aunty: "Jerry,
Actually, fishing prowess or lack thereof is not indicative of smack talk mastery. Many 10%'ers are also Masters of Smack.
However, Mastery of smack is indicatve of sexual prowess or a lack thereof. Isn't that right RT?"

Right on about the 10%'er's smackin Aunty. But I'm a little confused by that profound statement of "prowess or lack"? Geeez, obviously it's got to be one or another, right? Duh. So, which is it? I already know the answer of course laugh , just want to see if you really do. eek wink ... btw JG, wait until we show you guys up on the Whidbey bobber downs! (jk)

As for you Barker, I mean Parker ~ I, ah I mean Bob, only picked that boot carcus up for a funny photo op. You were the one that took it back to camp to smoke it and eat it - making most of the guys sick just watching you slather it down. shocked Hope you took a lot of underwear on that trip north! wink

Hey, where's the other distinct smack style descriptions?

RT: The only reason you visit those sites is to dream up what it would be like to have one of that caliber.

(Peanuts Envy Smack) :p

I bet this 'un went over 90% of our audiences' heads... wink

Look RT, up here in Washington we use the term bobber down, not bob down.

Aunty, I said "smack" talkin, not 'snack' talkin. smile

We know what kind of site you frequent KB, but I must admit to being a little suprised that JG visits the ohgawdess.com site (Bob down). laugh

A few more to add:

Crack Smack: Any references, derogatory or otherwise to RT's "Broken @ss" or "Plumber's butt"

Black Smack: A type of smack where the ebonics dialect is mainly used. (Hey 'Yall used to be pretty good at this)

Pack Smack: When a whole group of board members gang up and smack down some trouble-making lurker.
