Trying to get all my ducks in a row before we head north ... one part of that is a board clean-up.

A clean-up?? Yep, I've deleted several users that have been the topics of numerous emails that I've had to deal with for some time and frankly I'm sick of dealing with such emails every time I get in from the river (amongst dup registrations, etc.) ... so a big CYA to those folks.

In addition, I'll be going through and checking for more duplicate email addies, so if you have a couple of registrations, please take the time to delete the ones you don't use or I'm just going to start cleaning and the one you might want to use will be the one deleted if there is more than one (I'll usually try to go with the lower post total).

AND, I'll be going through and deleting inactive registrations that haven't had any use in say the last 18 months ... it'll decrease the load on the server and should help speed the board some. If you think that you have a registration that you'd like to keep, but may not have used it in some time, please make a post by replying here or send us an email.

I figured with the annual spring slowdown, it'd be a good time to do this so that as the board picks up more steam later in the year, it'll be a little more streamlined, and perhaps a little less troublesome.

Thanks everyone, good luck on the water!

Bob, Why doesn't matter, but how do we know who, so we don't wait for them or ask for their response?
I already know of a reel one.

Bob, thanks for supplying us with this outstanding forum to share info, keep in touch, gripe at each other, and whine too. (no cheese with that, thanks) Good luck fishing in the great white north! Hope you have a successful and SAFE season. Maybe next year I'll have enough pennies saved to come up and play laugh

Thanks for all your hard work Bob. Have a great season up north. Any person or thing that makes this harder on you is not worth it...let them cause someone else a headache. For me, I'll just stay in the CANYON!!! Have a safe drive.

Have been inactive too long (although sure that is hasn't been over a year!!!) and the prod from Bob to either post or be gone is enough to get me active again. A quick note, I almost lost my wife to cancer last year (with a long recovery to boot), and I would like to thank the few here who were aware, and cast prayers in her direction, for those prayers worked!!! However, her illness has been no excuse for my lurking for so long. My bad!!! I now have every intention of getting back into the posting mode for I, too, have much to say on the hot issues of the day. And Bob, I would also like to say thanks for your tireless efforts in keeping and maintaining such a dynamic site.

I guess I better stop just lurking and post a little more often. I don't want to be a discarded old lurker. smile Keep up the fishing reports everyone. I'll post one if I can catch a good day for once.

Thanks Bob
