The package says dives up to 50ft. but does not give any specs,any one have that info or know where to find it. Thanks!

I do not believe they will dive that deep. We use them on the Willamette for Spring Chinook. We use 50# Tuff Line, and about 75' of line out in moderate current, they will get to 25' deep no problem. laugh

fished them @ bonn. last spring in 45' of water and it was beating the bottom all the time. all depends on how much current there is. more the better they work. little current use a little diver.

I figure they go about 1 foot down for every two feet of line out, or thereabouts. It's not precise, but it works well enough. This assumes that there is enough current to make them dive hard, and that you're not running into bottom yet. Once they get close to bottom, they tend to bounce off the turbulence layer at the bottom, and run a half a foot or so above the bottom.

That calculation works pretty well for pink ladies, as well.
