Any recent reports from close in to Seattle. Meadow Point? Duwamish River? I have a limited slot of time for this weekend and want the best bang for the buck. Any info or suggestions appreciated. Email if necessary. Thanks.

Went fishing on Wednesday with Mike, editor or WashingtonLakes.com site, and we caught two silvers in about 3 hours. We were fishing from Meadow Pt. to West Pt. The fisher were caught at West Pt. I am hearing that there are more fish coming into the sound and expect fishing to have picked up in the coming week out of Shilshole...just my guess. I am headed out on Sunday. See you there. I will be in a 17.5 ft bayliner.

Trolling the lower Green should be decent, once the nets are out. I will be heading there this afternoon to fish it.

Fished Meadow point up to the Edmonds oil docks on Friday. Managed 4 out of 6 possible. Not a bad days work and the weather was perfect.

Lots of Sea lions around as well as 5 or 6 "dolphins" swarming around Meadow point.

Green Hotspot/Green Grandslam Bucktail (needlefish) Depth 75ft. in 200-300 feet of water.

Thanks DeKuma - were you fishing Meadow Pt north or south of Meadow Pt when you caught the fish?

Busy,

North of Meadow point. All fish came from the area b/w Meadow point and the first Oil Docks before Edmonds Marina. Second weekend in a row we have done well there. Last week we put in 5 out of our 6 on Friday but only two on Saturday. But at least Sat. was a 12# and a 9#...........

Good luck if you hit there! Let us know how you did.

BTW - we tried several different baits and lures and the Grand Slam Bucktails out fished all others. Better than the old stand by glow hootchie by 4 to 1
