hey guys I seen the earlier post about the low water levels. From what I've been seeing lately on the local rivers here on the Peninsula I think they should close them down until we get a rain!! ESPECIALLY if they could close them to the natives! The lower Quillayute is a joke.....thousands of fish.....hundreds of fishermen! I didn't fish this weekend, but just watched. Seen dozens of fish caught, a few released dozens bonked. I'll bet not 1% of these fish bit. Heard numerous people sayin the same old thing....they wont hit a spinner, had to switch to a straight corky.....duh!!!!! As many fish that are stacked in there of course if ya float a hook and corky thru the lines gonna get in their mouth! Same reason the fly poles were hookin em! The first of the week the natives round em up in their jet boats and haul em out!!!! Probably wouldn't be a closure to us and the nets though.....JUST US!!!!

Pray for rain!!!!
