Well, Anyone got any reports on the Satsop? Anything happening yet, or do we need a good rain first?

i was out in that area saturday afternoon and took a detour to check it out...it was just a trickle of water and gin clear towards the mouth, and so skinny at the s-curves you can almost wade across and not get your feet wet

Need a good rain. The Satsop looks like a little clear creek. We fished the Chehalis last weekend and did well!!

Lived here a long time and never have seen it so low. No fish in the Sop, however, if you want to have fun with black boots down this way I hooked 9 last evening in the tidewater on the Nooch on spinners - lost most of them either to snags or trying to horse them away from snags, and the 3 I landed were way to "sunburned" to even remotely be considered harvestable, but they were fun to catch

And now spawnout's arm feels like he pitched 9 innings.
