Just went outside to talk with the fell that keeps tabs on our moles in the yard ...

There are silvers piling by the house non-stop right now!! Too cool to watch. I'll post some pix and perhaps some video in a bit smile

Thank God for the rain!

hit a couple of spots out west today..saw a 45#, 30# king c&r, a few silvers at the first spot..second spot, river splits for a few hundred yards which forms sort of an island gravel bar..fished one side first..loaded with chum, some bright but mostly darker fish..went to the other side and lo and behold...silver after silver after silver running by with some occasional chums in the mix...c&r bunches of them..a lot of red to them but full of life and fun as heck...fish running by non stop the whole time i was there(and probably before and probably right now still)..going back tomorrow..should be some bright silvers there by then..the harvest of hatchery silvers WILL occur

I'll get a new thread up as I start processing the viseos. I went to hook up my ancient video converter on the 'puter tonight to convert analog to digital and guess what ... XP won't support it computer

Ah, no problem, get new version of driver and editing software, RIGHT???

WRONG, compnay that made the product is no longer so I was stuck ... computer

Found someone with old version of windows in town tonight and transferred some of the tape ... lousy machine so it's gonna be so-so on the transfer. No large capacity removable media on their machine, so I'm uploading from their machine as we speak at 26.4 ... it'll take a while.

As soon as each becomes available, I'll post a link to the movies. Some pretty cool underwater shots I got from below the house today smile

You should get yourself one of those Cannon powershot's.. They take awesome Pics and they take video!! You can get about 3 to 4 min per 128MG... Pretty nice!! beer

I have a Mavica CD-400 that does good video. Unfortunatley, my underwater camera will not hook up to it ... only to an analog camera, so I have to convert those. Plus, you don't get the zoom with either one that you can with true camcorder. I just need one more toy I guess smile
