Why would anyone in their right mind eat one of those fish. I had a friend catch one on Pilchuck river one year. He swore up and down that it was a dark steelhead. Well when he cleaned it on the river the lower jaw fell off but he kept it any way. He told me that he smoked it later and that it was mushy. So much for fish IDing. And I liked the way he believed me as to what it was. beathead
